If I could put negative stars I would. This “lawyer “ was retained by me to help me fight for custody of my daughter about 10 years ago after being referred by a family member. We spoke on the phone and I told him everything I needed help with which was solely about fighting for 50/50 custody of my child. Nothing else. Long story short after the one conversation and paying his retainer which was the work of angels and caring people to even come up with, Sizemore never communicated with me in any way. When was time for hearing I was actually a little surprised that he even showed up. Never acknowledged me, his paying client, not one single time the entire day except to inform me that I have no 50/50 custody, no custodial rights or any rights for that matter after I was asked to sit in the lobby while the ex wife apparently gave her reasons on why I’m not worthy of having any part of my daughters life and asked to come back. This is the time Carl decided to inform me. I have no idea what her reasoning was or anything else. Then proceeded to fill out the same divorce papers I had received previously and was already taking care of signed them and what not and filed them the same day. Which is not what he was hired nor asked to do and quietly left and went on with his life with all $3500 he had scammed me out of he spoke not one single time during the hearing and made no attempt to even mention anything about child custody. To this day 11 years later still no relationship with daughter. Believe he doesn’t like black people.I solely hold Sizemore responsible for the pain I had to deal with everyday since. I don’t hate anyone, but I truly hate Carl Sizemore. I can honestly say that. If you read this Carl you may or not even remember me, don’t care this is Travis G. And I hope you don’t think after that day was the last time you would ever see me. I can assure you will see me again. All these years later and I have never forgotten your face or what you did to my life. How can I?
