I am writing to share my experience with your firm after a recent phone call. I reached out to introduce our courier services, which are tailored to the needs of law firms. Unfortunately, the individual who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Rather than simply informing me that your firm does not require courier services, he abruptly stated that your firm does not accept such calls and asked that I not contact you again, then hung up on me. I found this response to be completely unnecessary and disappointing. A courteous "no thank you" would have sufficed, and the way the call was handled reflects poorly on the professionalism of your firm. It is important for me to note that such behavior heavily influences my decision to support any of your business, and based on this interaction, I would not consider recommending your services.

My case was literally 3 yrs old and a absolute mess. My original lawyer passed away from a tragic car accident before my case could be resolved. Mr. Susor came in PRO BONO as a courtesy due to the fact my case was already paid in full. He came in and treated me like a paid client.
