About 5 years ago Scott represented me in post divorce division of assets. Scott did a really good job of helping me with redress ,even though we gone past the 30 day filing date for a response. Scott can be rude...but you can't take it personally. I found him effective and I would definitely use him again.

Tried to get a hold of Scott Lerner for a week as I prepare to file for divorce. When he finally called me back, he was brusque and completely unhelpful. Although his website advertises free initial consultations, it was clear from his telephone manners that he had no interest in helping me understand the process of divorce. Don't call him unless you're ready to feel patronized and frustrated.

Grotesque human being. I called for a quote and he wouldn't even let me speak. He has a bad reputation for belittling his clients and yelling at them. I've been told by several lawyers that I called that he wouldn't be recommended to the easiest if cases. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

Rudest person I've ever met in a court room. Can't communicate with his clients and cannot conduct himself professionally with others. Would not recommend.

Scott worked hard to get me what I wanted and what my children deserved. I highly recommend using him in divorce/ custody court.
