I waited until much later in the insurance process to involve a lawyer than most, but nonetheless, Scott was able to take over and did so gladly! He recovered a fantastic amount for me and updated me every step of the way. I’ll never not use a lawyer again! It was a piece of cake navigating all of this mess with Scott!!

Scott and his team are awesome! They assisted my daughter in getting a divorce when another lawyer failed us. The previous lawyer took over a year and half and thousands of dollars with no success. After we switched to Scott and Marty they had it done within 3 months, at a third of the cost, even with starting over from scratch. The previous lawyer we rarely heard anything from, but Scott and his team were in constant communication with us throughout the process. The previous case was dismissed by the judge because the paperwork was done so bad by the other lawyer Scott and Marty had to start from scratch, and when they finished their paperwork it was night and day different and way more professional! Also their knowledge of the law in Arizona was critical to several aspects of the case, which is one area the other lawyer failed in. We learned an important lesson: the other lawyer was cheaper per hour but costs us way more because how long he took. Scott and his team was more expensive per hour, but costs us way less because he got it right the first time!

We have all been there....why do i need a lawyer....why do I need legal insurance...the same reason we need health, car, and home insurance....there will be a day when you need it!!
