Horrible. Not professional. Rude, Not accurate, Insults clients. In response to Mr. Brewer’s response, my husband had three forms of acceptable Identification. Mr. Brewer would not accept any of them. We checked with the Notary’s before coming to Mr. Brewer’s office. Mr. Brewer kept accusing us of trying to fraud the buyer, which scared them away from our sale and they backed out of the deal. The buyer sent all correspondence from Me. Brewer indicating his accusations against us. We have a clear deed on our lots. The man was rude, accusatory, inflammatory and incompetent. He also threatened me if I wrote a review that he would respond negatively. He has other very poor reviews as well. He also was not available at the times indicated on his webpage and made a trip to a family reunion, and was not available to finish the deal, so he sealed it by accusing a school teacher of fraud. Please avoid this office. I was NOT angry with Mr. Brewer suggesting that a title policy be issued. What was upsetting is that he accused us of fraudulent transactions. I’m a Teacher with a clear criminal history. Mr. Brewer was upset that I had asked him to tear up the signed contract that my husband I signed before him because he would not accept any forms of ID my husband brought, thus we had no transaction, and the buyers did not pay us. This guy can really twist things around. He completely scared the buyers with false information. All this man wanted was money.

I normally don’t write reviews, let alone leave bad reviews. If I could give this law firm/title company a zero star, I would. As a client, I have never dealt with such rude escrow officers and assistance. When asked for an update, they were not forthcoming and truthful, I had to repeatedly call the following days to get an answer and then I got hung up on. When I asked for copies of documents that I would be paying for, the ladies said they will not provide copies of documents. When asked to review closing documents 24 hours ahead of time, they would not allow that. When asked, “how can I help to make your job easier and move this file along?”, they responded with, “it’s not your place so stop bugging us?” The list of concern, rudeness, and even incompetencies in some areas (incorrect legal description, etc) are very concerning.
