During a recent consultation at the law firm regarding an incident that took place in a town three hours away from my location, I encountered a mix of experiences with the staff present. The front desk personnel and paralegals showcased professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, providing me with a seamless and pleasant experience from the outset. Regrettably, the interaction with the attorney assigned to my case fell short of expectations. Despite my attempts to convey my situation, I felt unheard and dismissed during our consultation.
