Through my mentally handicapped step-son to the dogs. My stepson had gotten into trouble thanks to trash he was friends with. One doctor said he was incompetent another said he was. All because he was parroting what he had been hearing in jail. He didn’t fight any of it, because it was a pro-bono case. He let the D. A. scare him into pleading out and went to prison for 4 years. Attorney Mark Maltsberger only cares about what is going into his pocket. The D.A. was wanting to raise her conviction percentage and he helped her. Justin had been 28 and over 20 years of tests showed his mind worked at a 10 year- olds level but Maltsberger didn’t even let it go to court to show what my husband had from the school system and MHMR. The one star is because that is the lowest I could give so I could post this.
