Gerry Oginski has been in practice since 1988.
While in law school he worked for a defense medical malpractice insurance company, and began working full time at an aggressive Wall Street law firm handling defense injury and medical malpractice cases.
Four years of trial experience later, he began representing injured victims in injury cases and medical malpractice.
Four years after that, he joined forces with a large law firm in Queens where he was the senior trial attorney handling all of the firms' medical malpractice cases.
He is a graduate of Touro College, Jacob Fuchsberg College of Law in Huntington, NY and he is admitted to practice law in New York.
He started his legal career working for Leahey & Johnson, a well-known defense firm on Wall Street representing doctors, hospitals and businesses who were sued.
