My wife and I were referred by a family member. We met with the lawyer, who was nice and seemed to be on top of his game. But as soon as we were ready to set up application with fee, all correspondence ceased to occur. It’s obvious to us, they don’t care to help, just want the money. We were looking for guidance on the letter to be written for the application, with no guidance we are just waiting for nothing to happen. Very frustrating….!
