Lazy. All Eva did was send letters to creditors and waited for them to file lawsuits against us. She farmed out the hard work to another attorney in South Florida, who was able to negotiate two settlements for violations of the FCCPA, most of which went back to the attorney’s. In the end, we ended up settling with most of our creditors for full cost with payment plans. Now, 3 years later, we’re being sued by one of the creditors Eva was paid to deal with, and whom she sent a letter to. When we contacted her to represent us, we were told it’s not their problem, since it’s 3 years later and the creditor didn’t respond to her original letter. Filing a complaint with the Florida Bar. Do not recommend. Save yourself time and call her “partners” at Leaven Law. They do most of the work anyway.
