I got news today that my case was dismissed, which is amazing. The only issue is that I received 0 updates from 7/2024. Today was the only update I received without initiation. I did call again this past Friday to get a call back because it was my court date and no one gave me an update, so that may have been the reason for the email. However, the least they can do is call or give an email update when there is court or changes in the case. I had to call everytime I wanted an update and although I stated this several times when calling in and requested updates when things happened, I never got one. I’m big on communication. This would be something I think they’d find important as well, but I guess not.
