I had the honor of being referred to AJ Mitchell and though he was out of the country at the time, he still made the effort to reach out to me. I cannot speak more fondly of him as a professional and a person. His willingness to explain every aspect of the case, set realistic expectations while being caring and compassionate was a breathe of fresh air during a difficult time. Accidents and trauma are enough to deal with and he treated me with dignity and respect throughout the entire process. AJ was also able to reach out to medical care providers to secure treatment for me without the need for me to come out of pocket for the expense before the conclusion of the case. When it came to dealing with the opposing insurance company his work was admirable. Navigating the case in a way that limited the number of times I would have to relive the experience. It is quite possible for the opposing side to make the victim feel like they are being put on trial for something that is not their fault and he made sure to protect against this in a way that greatly reduced the stress and anxiety. I had a Personal Injury case and was referred to AJ Mitchell. All I can say is that he was AMAZING! He took care of everything and my settlement was far greater than anticipated. I would HIGHLY recommend AJ Mitchell to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and extremely personal attorney. Unlike some of the "factory" law firms where you sign with the main lawyer but he barely handles your case, AJM is the actual attorney that will be involved in every aspect of your case.
