Horrible customer service. Been trying to get a call back on a medical male practice case. Going on 3 weeks now. Keep getting the statement person assigned to me is backed up? You would think that with all the adds they have, just about every street corner bill board in Joplin, that they would have the capacity to return a call with in a week?? I guess not. I heard good things but I am not impressed.

Clearly, this law firm does not care too much about people. I made 4 calls over the span of a month and the only return call I got was from the receptionist, who asked me for basic information regarding the case I was hoping to start. I was promised a phone call from an attorney at 11:30 AM on a Tuesday morning, but when that day and time came... nothing. I will not be denied my legal rights and benefits, so I will be contacting a law firm that takes their job(s) seriously and does what they advertise.
