I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at Galaviz Law Firm, particularly with Cindy Orozco and Marlene. Cindy was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive. She did not listen to my concerns and constantly talked over me, making it incredibly difficult to communicate. This was the first time I had spoken with Cindy, as the first person I dealt with was Alexis Granados, who was very polite and professional when I first got my green card back in 2023, unfortunately she’s not there anymore. Overall I talked with the attorney Abraham Galaviz once or twice, so if you’re looking to start your adjustment of status you WILL have to deal with Cindy or Marlene. I had initially been offered an appointment on March 17th, but I canceled it because I did not want to deal with Cindy at all. When I called to reschedule with someone else, I was told that I had to wait until April 3rd to meet with the attorney. I asked why I had to wait so long when I had just been offered an appointment on March 17th, and Marlene explained that Cindy was the only one with availability until then. The attorney seems to be a busy a person which I can understand if he can’t personally speak with me, but if that’s the case at least hire people that aren’t unprofessional, condescending, and rude. Marlene tried to push me into scheduling the later date by using fear tactics, claiming that it was “important I get this done before 90 days to avoid going to court” I know very well what the stakes are I didn’t need to be spoken to like I was unaware to which i responded “I know, do you think I want to go to court?” because I wanted an earlier appointment to avoid going over the 90-day window for the removal of conditions on my green card. Marlene then replied, “I don’t know, it’s your case.” It’s pretty obvious that almost no one wants to go to immigration court, and her dismissive attitude was both frustrating and unprofessional. I have paid over $4,000 for these services and have been met with nothing but unprofessionalism and a complete lack of empathy. With the challenges immigrants are facing under the current administration, I strongly suggest seeking a more professional, empathetic team elsewhere. Galaviz Law Firm has been a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend them.

I’m heartbroken by the awful experience we’ve had with Galaviz Law Firm. From the very beginning, I had to ask to speak to someone else because Cindy was completely unsympathetic and made things so much harder for us. Thankfully, Alexis stepped in and handled our case with care, but once she left, everything went downhill. Now, when we attempted to renew our application, we were left dealing with Cindy Orozco and Marlene, who were nothing short of unprofessional and dismissive. Cindy interrupted my husband repeatedly and ignored his concerns, while Marlene tried to bully us into a later appointment with unnecessary fear tactics. It’s clear the attorney is busy, but that’s no excuse for the lack of compassion or respect we’ve received from the staff. We trusted this firm with our future, and instead, we’ve been met with frustration, disrespect, and a complete lack of empathy. I would never recommend Galaviz Law Firm to anyone. If you're looking for professional, caring service, look elsewhere.
