Definitely would not recommend. Sharing an honest review about my situation isn't only scary but embarrassing. I didn't feel like David Foley cared about my case and didn't represent me well, really regret paying for this attorney. Almost a year later I am still dealing with the lack of care for my case. I've been silent about it outta fear until now. This is an edited version of my original review and after posting the review i was sent a threatening text message from David Foley. My case was that of DV, his word against mine and i would have preferred to go to trial, but was talked outta it by David, i was scared, can't say i'm any less now but i don't think not saying anything is right. Threatening legal action over a Google review says a lot in my opinion. For some $5,000 might not seem like a lot but for me it's painful to feel like it was a waste. David got paid and i still dealing with a broken legal system.
