What stands out about Mr. Flynn is his commitment to each individual he encounters. My experience with other lawyers has been feeling like their time was more important than my understanding of the situation, which is why Mr. Flynn stood out. He returned my calls and emails promptly and was detailed with each response. I always left our conversations informed and satisfied about how we were proceeding. His council was sound and in the end we had an amazing result, which I believe may not have been possible without him. Sometimes I think people take more time to complain than to praise. But there is nothing but praise for Mr. Flynn, who was assigned to a family member's case, and with all things considered (personal info), Mr. Flynn got him the best deal possible. Without Mr. Flynn, things could have been much worse for this family member. Let me get specific...Mr. Flynn treated my family member with respect & compassion; he LISTENED to my family member and took into account the motive and reasons for something unfortunate that happened. Normal places and lawyers seem to want to churn through their clients, but not Mr. Flynn. Once the deal was offered, we pondered it together as a family. Mr. Flynn did not push my family member either way, just offered his expert advice and allowed my family member to make his own decision without pressure. After we met with the judge, Mr. Flynn sat with us again to explain everything in GREAT detail and answer any & all questions we had. We felt informed. We felt respected. And we felt that Mr. Flynn really cared out his client. I was taken aback at the way he immersed himself in our situation. Once all was said and done, Mr Flynn sat with me and told me that, although my family member did a bad thing (off his meds), he said that he believes this person to be a truly good person who found himself in a bad situation. I believe he truly, ooly cares. I will be grateful for that for a long, long time and yes...I would recommend Mr. Flynn to anyone smart enough to choose him. I told him to tell his mother that she raised him well. :)

Rex helped me tremendously. I was facing a 3rd driving on revoked charge and with the help of Rex I was able to make an agreement with the prosecutor to change that it driving on revoked 2nd offense with 90 days all suspended. We were in court room 3c however, for some reason they changed us to courtroom 3a; the judge in that courtroom was very harsh and really was trying to put me in jail, Rex did not hesitate to bring out all the good things I did so that she could agree on what the prosecutor had decided. Even though Judge O'brien did not think the deal that was offered to me was ideal AT ALL.
