THE DRATCH LAW FIRM is a general practice law firm tracing its roots back to 1961. The firm has a varied practice serving a diverse clientele ranging from professional corporations, individuals and family owned businesses to publicly held corporations, public utilities and banking institutions. While most of our clients are New Jersey based, increasing numbers of out-of-state clients and their counsel have selected the firm to represent their interests in New Jersey and elsewhere. Our main office is located in Livingston, New Jersey, fifteen minutes west of Newark, New Jersey near Route 280. We also have an office in New York City. Dedicated to the service of its clients’ needs, The Dratch Law Firm possesses the ability to obtain the required results through all three branches of government; legislative, executive and judicial. This total commitment of the firm to its clients may take the form of informal discussion, as well as formal application, to appropriate administrative agencies or to elected or appointed officials to achieve the desired result. Bewareee !! Brian Dratch represented my fiancé, in federal court. Brian was ineffective. Appeared to court hours late. Never communicated & did not prepare for the case! He came to every court date winging it!!! This man was soo soft in the court room, i felt very unconfident having Brian represent my fiancé, at every turn it seemed he was working for the other side, he didn’t care ! would never refer him to anybody this man should be ashamed of himself & disbarred !!
