To start off, Initially we had a different attorney who did not want to do any work but wanted to make deals with the prosecutor but my son was innocent and wrongly accused so we had to dismiss him and we found Mrs Barnett and I am so glad we did! If i could id give no stars... paid for a lawyer to not do her job. she has not answered any calls or emails when she said you can call or email anytime. she said she would treat us and my brother like family. I can assure you all that she does not treat anyone like family. my brother has been sitting in jail for almost 3 years and still nothing. she recused herself from being my brothers lawyer and took $25,000 from my family. now my brother has no representation and my family has to come up with more money to find a better lawyer. she is not for "The People" she is for YOUR MONEY!!! Brooke is absolutely the best lawyer I have ever seen at a trial. If this woman can get u not guilty on 6 charges including murder that just shows u how amazing she is.
