Dominick is NOT board certified but would like to impose to his clients the rate of a board-certified attorney. He is unethical and is full of deceit. My experience was awful. Please read your contract and do not sign if he indicates that he will make decisions on your behalf. He promised depositions that never happened. If his paralegal is not around his office shuts down as they cannot operate effectively and misses deadlines. Will charge you more than an hour to respond to one email. Extremely inefficient. I would definitely not recommend. Read your contract carefully and request to receive regular billing because then he will send you a lump sum owed while your close to trial and then threaten to withdraw from your case. CAUTION!

Dominick Derose has represented me in a custody battle for the protection of my granddaughter for four years now. I was referred by a friend to Mr. Derose when my granddaughter was left at three weeks of age with me. You never know what kind of expertise an attorney is capable of until he works your case. You also do not know his intrinsic moral fiber until spending time with him. Mr. Derose has the qualities of both a seasoned family trial attorney, as well as being a compassionate and ethical and moral human being. A large number of attorneys will represent someone only until accessible funds dry up, and the need for monthly payments arise. Then the attorney sends you "down the road" so to speak to start all over with another attorney. Mr. Derose and his legal team has stood by me and my four-year-old granddaughter the entire extent of our case. which is still in the courts after four years, I cannot give enough accolades to this attorney and his legal team. If you want an exceptional attorney with forty plus years of experience and also a compassionate and moral human being Mr. DeRose is one in a million.
