They had all the necessary documents for my case for nearly two years and failed to complete it. Despite my persistent check-ins to both Roxanna and Emmanuel, and their repeated promises that everything would be resolved, they made no progress. The Albarado Law Firm's inaction has jeopardized my immigration case and caused significant personal and financial harm. Communication has been nonexistent—I’ve sent follow-ups, but Emmanuel has ignored my requests for a resolution. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to think twice before entrusting them with your case. Empty promises and a lack of accountability have defined my experience.
