Founding attorney James A. Testa brought more than 15 years of experience in the legal profession when he founded Testa & Associates. In 1988, Jim Testa worked with superior court judges and San Diego attorneys to develop the two-attorney settlement panel process in used today to settle legal disputes throughout San Diego County.
