Also, I was thankful at how quickly we were able to get the case going without lag. I see lots of good reviews however of you have a Legal Plan then chances are this firm will not accept your case unless it's easy! I consulted 2 times regarding Chap 7 and apparently don't pass the Means Test (make too much money) to file Chap 7. So, they said they don't have time to take my Chap 13 case. The worst part of this is, they sent me a letter advertising their firm which is the ONLY reason I called them. No empathy at all......it's about how much money can ve made.

They scammed me out of $2,000. The lawyer I was talked with doesn't work there anymore. And had to call them to see what's going on on any updates on talking with the debt people and because they forgot about me for 5 months. Then I asked for a refund and said that they put work into getting the bankruptcy done and I ask how when you forgot about me and had me default on 2 of 3 debt. And asked how did you figured out that you did $2,000 worth of work and then sent me paperwork with only phone calls and messages to eachother with no talking with the debt people that I gave them on the paperwork they sent to me to fill out. So I spent 2,000 dollars on repeating myself on getting the 2,000 dollars back. So I only got 650 out of the 2500 dollars back to be realized I spent 2000 on repeating myself. Feels like and good chance that this bankruptcy firm uses people's lowest point and then gives them a bogus expense report on why they don't have to give a refund back on no work performed. They did teach me something and that's don't pay the full amount and make payments on the actual work they actually do.
