Professionally negligent. does not care about its customers. will take your money and will make you do time. Will not be on time with paperwork. will continue a court date and will not tell you or notify you through email or phone until the last minute or that day of court. The woman in the front desk that answers the phone is rude. Yells at people for when they're asking for better understanding. Will proceed to hang up in the process of talking will not let you talk and very highly unprofessional.can't go to someone higher than her to speak to. And we'll say they will be at a court date and never appear but say they will or did. Note: YOU WELL LOST YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME . THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND PROFESSIONALLY NEGLIGENT.

I would like to apologize to Mr. Andrew Tarry. I called one more time this morning and Shana actually put me though to his answering machine and he picked up. I apologized about my rude review. Mr. Tarry is giving me back 1500.00 dollars. He really is a wonderful attorney. I gave him 4500.00. It was worth 3000.00 just for him keeping the judge from putting a warrant on me for sleeping through my 2nd preliminary. over in Cape.. This just showed me that Mr.Terry has integrity, morals . Will not communicate with you will continue court dates and will not tell you will make you spend money just for you to fall short the lady that answers the phone every time we call hangs up in our face they deserve to be shut down and prosecuted to the highest extent keyword professionally negligent

This is the WORST place!! They are very unprofessional. They had a small case going for my husband for nearly 2 years that should have been taken care of within 6 months. We finally fired them and hired a REAL attorney out of STL. She was blown away by how they had handled the case. She had us a settlement within 3 months. She had to sort through all of their unorganized papers. She said they had literally done hardly anything within the almost 2 years. This place is an absolute joke! Go to the city and get a real lawyer. I am just trying to save someone else all the stress of having to deal with these unprofessional people.
