Very unprofessional and knowledge of simple process service is questionable. My company was requested to serve approx 90 attorneys through 2 states. We had no issues with any of them except for this one. We didnt have the issue as we contracted as server from Missouri. He performed his duty legal, ehtically, and professionaly,. The office clerk at this office stated Mr. Schneider was refusing a legal subpoena and she attempted to refuse legal service. We and this professional server always act as officers of the court serving these documents which we have no legal concern or interest in and yet we seem to seldomly find attorneys like this one. It appears that Mr. Schneider believes it is proper for others to get served legally, however is not interested or feels the need to be served. He feels he is obviously is above the law as he even sent my manager a email to her personal work email address threatening action against us with a frivolous attempt to scare us with his lack of knowledge of the law or ethics. I question why he emailed threats to a young single mother and not myself or the company. According to the server we contracted, this has been a ongoing issue for this server every time he attempts to serve Mr. Schneider. I will say as really the only private process service company in the Southern IL area, as well as nationwide, we will refuse all work coming from this attorney. I am also current Vice President of the IL Association of Process Servers and will be notifying all members of this unethical practice where Mr. Schneider feels he is above the law and the rest of us. I myself, as a experienced process server, IL licensed private detective, a owner of Investigations company with well over 600 clients nationwide, a certified and sworn IL Sheriff's deputy for almost 20 years, and the Vice President of ILAPPS will handle all future court processes directed to this individual. I will not tolerate hypocrisy or the unfair treatment of anyone by a subject who claims to be a man of GOD, and delusional in thinking they are above the law.
