Second time using them. NEVER AGAIN!!!! THIS EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! The first time was great but not now. This law firm has gotten bigger and customer service isn't the priority anymore. I referred 3 people and all three were dissatisfied. Andre will get you to sign a contract with them and then leave you hanging. I have had 3 case workers to date, and they all haven't helped with my case. I had to go to the doctor's office to get documents, I've had to speak with the chiropractor's office and insurance company to get my case moving. If you employ T. Madden and associates you will regret it. T. Madden doesn't return calls or emails to his clients either, so the staff treats you any kind of way and he allows it. See for yourself if you want but don't say you weren't warned.
