Sutton was appointed lawyer, never contacted me when we were told he was going to. Did not show up for the scheduled court appointments therefore was unable to even take plea agreement or even speak about my case. Tried contacting the office several times before and after court dates and continually goes to a voicemail that is full and unable to leave message. Finally got ahold of Sutton today for the first time and was told he didn't know anything about your case I cant help you and to just go to the courts and see what happens. He then sked if there was a warrant advised him did not believe so, or it's not showing anything and he stated then don't worry about it. Just figure it out with the courts.....I had called the courts previously about trying to get into contact with him and they said call him to have him file a motion. He refused claiming he knew nothing about it and to figure it out with the courts....
