This law corporation is not recommended. The newest reviews are correct. They do not Ryan, in particular , respond to phone calls. Nor email correspondence unless irritated by your emails. When responding to your frustration due to your lack of phone calls or lack of understanding of the settlement process, he will come off rude and lack customer service/good interpersonal skills to be helpful and sense of the client's perspective. For example, when I emailed Ryan due to the lack of him returning my phone calls, he sent me an email addressing me “ maam,” which is disrespectful because one I'm married, and that is Mrs. And two my name is not “maam I have a name and A beautiful one that he has come quite familiar with through my phone calls and email correspondence he doesn't respond to unless irritated the past two years. Strong Law offices also no longer have an office in Springfield and are located in Peoria. That will make it even more challenging to just pop in on them when they're not responding to phone calls or emails when if your located closer to the Springfield area.Overall, the service was poor, and I will not recommend this firm if good communication is essential to you.
