I contacted Harry at Strawcutter Law. They were very thorough and detailed regarding the timeshare cancellation process. I did my due diligence and contact a half dozen time share cancellation firms. What I found was that most of them were not attorney based. Most were salespeople that worked on commission and were just as predatory as the timeshare company itself. They worked closely with Marriott Vacation Club in the past so it made sense to work with them, as they were also in Florida. In about 12 months, I got a letter from the title company stating that a trustee sale took place with no obligation or funds owed, and Marriott completely cut ties. I can’t thank them enough!
