She is an attorney and a member of the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She obtained the Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, with California School of Law located in Santa Barbara California, United States of America; a Bachelor of Literature in Foreign Languages with Can Tho University, Viet Nam. Additionally she studied at the Université de Franchie-Comité Besanҫon, France; and participated in risk management and comprehensive insurance operations courses organized by Gras Savoye in Paris, along with the London Insurance Institute.
Ms Nguyen Rogers applies the real life experience, knowledge, and the law of the United States to successfully assist many foreign individual, entrepreneurs, and entities to obtain work visa, long term visa and green card to live, work, study or do business in the United States. And to save thousands of dollar in the commercial transactions and import tax.
Together with her experiences earned from the mediation settlements conducted by herself and her knowledge of languages and different cultures, she would be able to assist the clients to establish a new business, to prevail in business operation or contract negotiations. Besides, her French language and excellent Vietnamese language plays excellent roles in the success of her immigration petitions and application.
