My first initial impression was pleasant with Eric but my others were not so great. I had a few concerns he was ultimately unable to help me with. My father has used him as a defense attorney and I had went with to a few meetings. He spoke to me as if he were meeting me for the first time.. even on the 5th time. His office is located in his once stately home, now poorly maintained and very chaotic. I personally do not feel like I would use his services.
Memento Mori
he ripped my mom off for $750 recently. showed up late to court, resulting in mom taking the deal the law firm wanted, after Boscov's sold off the credit debt. once in a room after it was over, he said most people don't even bother showing up for these, leading me to believe he KNEW he swindled my mom who is diabled, a stage 2 triple-neg breast cancer warrior, and on social security with no extra aid. he's worthless as a lawyer. he'll take your money, do NOTHING to prepare or notify the court he was representing, show up late and make unbelievable comments and embarrassed my 69 yr old mom in the process, pocketing an unjustified amount shirking any responsibility. total thief. do not call him, he'll lose your number after he's given cash anyway.

Hello, Eric Strahn has been our Attorney since the 1980’s He has always been respectful and considerate of our family legal needs thru those years . Was so helpful , during the death of my husband in 2008, helping me get thru that great time of loss with legal matters. I have been blessed to remarry . Eric came to our wedding and has advised my husband Roger and I on several occasions with legal matters as well, which helped direct us in the best possible way. I would trust his integrity with any legal issue that arises and so should you. Sincerely , Jan Dwyer

Took our money and spent maybe 2 hours over 2 years on a case regarding a home purchase contract. He rarely responded to our many emails and calls. Despite the contract he never provided any information on time spent and $$ left from retainer. The one time we met with him., our file had maybe 2-3 crumbled up emails from us. Upon our request to discontinue working on the case, he ignored our request by email and certified mail for a report of activity and to return balance of $$ left from the retainer as per the contract.

My parents had hired him to be their Estate attorney. They didn't have much but my dad passed 3 years ago and my mom passed 2 years ago and he's not even done with my dad stuff yet. The family wants closure and there's no hope of closure in the near future. This should have been done a long time ago. Please don't hire this man. He answered my phone call and then said " oh I don't know. I'm at the doctor". What kind of an attorney does that? I just think he's too old. So what I'm trying to say is please don't hire him unless you want problems.
