I had the pleasure of working with Jessica over the phone, she took great care of us on a civil matter and had us up and running for that Monday. Everything happened so fast over the weekend, that Monday I meet Mr. Wetter. What an honor!! He was very professional and quickly rule out the strategies in play. Long story short I waited longer for my turn in court, once it was my turn it went by so fast. If I was you and found my self in a jam, I would definitely give Mr. Wetter a call. Take it from my experience...

Glad to see that he's helped many people, but this review is based off of my experience. Most of his positive reviews come from DUIs or some other misdemeanors. Most of his negative reviews come from people who got charged with felonies, and unfortunately I'm one of them. I won't go into detail about my case, just how he handled it. After the first 2 weeks, when he received his money and got all of the info/paperwork he needed from me, I could not reach him at all. I would call him just to have his assistant answer and say, "I'll have him call you tomorrow". This happened the entire 6 months, and he'd only call me back to tell me, "still waiting". He finally called me to tell me about the plea deal, and manipulated me into taking it. He tells me, "it's a no contest plea, you're good". Well, the day of, as I'm walking to the podium he whispers to acceptthe plea, he goes, "oh youu need to plead guilty, only way it'll work". And most of the other things he told me would be able to happen, werent able to. I've never been in trouble with the law, and after paying this man nearly 7k, I expected some guidance, and put my faith into him. He never even listened to the audio and video proof I had that would corroborate my story. I didn't realize how little he had done until the prosecuting attorney asked me, "Did he go over the evidence against you? Did he go over your defense and the evidence in your favor? Was he there to answer any and all questions? Has he kept solid and consistent communication with you" And in my head I'm saying, "he didn't do any of that" but he told me before to answer all of their questions as a yes, saying, "You have a family, a business, a home, I You can't afford to go that long. At least this way, you know you wont be going at all." He played on my fear knowing that way, he wouldn't have to actually do any work . I know since I'm a felon, most of you won't care about what i said , but please don't trust this man with your future. So I'd highly recommend going somewhere else. Felonies are definitely not his forte.

Used him twice... both times he talked me Into the same plea deal the public defender got me. So I guess I spent over $5,000 on 2 separate cases to get the same result a $50 public defender would have gotten me..... edit based on his response. I never went to jail for any crime he represented me for. I had a violation probation out of Broward county which my attorney in Broward got me released while fighting the misdemeanor charge here in lee county, which you represented me for. You got me 9 months probation which is the same offer the PD gave me during my first appearance. Sorry this is just the truth others may have different experiences but it was a waste of money for me.
