Rolle & DeLorenzo
Michael Dempsher is fantastic. He took my case with only a few days notice and won! Mike explained exactly what I needed to do and was a straight shooter from start to finish. What I appreciated the most was that he genuinely appeared to care about my situation and what I was going through. I highly recommend him to anyone living in the Frederick area.
We recently hired Jim DeLorenzo as our attorney. It was last minute but thank God we did! He met us at Frederick courthouse within just 3 hours of notice. My husband was charged with 1st and 2nd degree assault by the police officer (will not get into details) and arrested. The very next day, Jim met us in court and was able to get my husband released on Bail which is nearly impossible however, my husband did not have any priors. Long story short…Jim was able to arrange a plea with my husband and we were able to get him out on just one misdemeanor charge. He was able to get the state to drop the array of other charges including the most serious which was the felony. This entire ordeal has been very stressful for us. Jim walked us through the process step by step. He was always available to communicate. His advice and expertise was nothing short of amazing. He kept us updated on the case daily. This man knows what he’s doing! Down to earth, knowledgeable and empathetic. There are no words that can express our gratitude for Jim. Thank you Jim! You are a life saving Angel❤️💙
I didn’t not hire Michael but he was opposing attorney in my divorce. My ex wife was pleased with his work when I talked to her. But I need to share with everyone what happens when attorneys get together and make bad decisions against one client.
My attorney Bethany Schectel and Michael have had interactions before. I am not sure where conflict of interest comes into play.
Michael’s decisions made for his client I believe people need to be aware of.
What I am stating I have in writing to prove to anyone.
It’s always about money. When my ex wife tells me that her attorney told her to remove significant amounts of money is wrong. His decision to tell his client to clean out 2 accounts my now ex wife and I had was wrong during separation.
His decision to tell his client to remove $36k from a heloc account was wrong.
His client had already drained almost $22k from an account.
Which I had to stop.
I was at a point of being broke by her actions. My attorney Soon Ei Sweeney told me to equal every account and provide her proof. I did exactly what she said. I know my attorney told him this. I hate to say it but I guess that wasn’t good enough.
Now Bethany Schectel came into the picture they all came to the agreement that this was ok.
I ask everyone who was looking out for me? No one.
Michael’s actions increased my monthly payment for a heloc loan I was trying to pay off.
My attorneys knew I was In really bad health and struggling financially. Bethany’s answer was get another loan. See the money was there but Michael told his client to take it.
I never took a dime. I never intended to take a dime. Michael’s actions jeopardized my job.
A federal worker when his debt increases compared to what he has in savings your privilege of working for the federal government will end.
My attorney Bethany just let it go. Again who was looking out for me.
Why I know this was hidden. At settlement I wanted the mediator to find out about all this money.
Well my attorney Bethany Schectel told me that I was not allowed to speak to the mediator about the finances or anything. Now I paid mediator.
I have already told mediator in a long letter what Bethany told me .
Bethany told me in an email that attorneys are not permitted to tell there clients to wipe out accounts.
Needless to say Bethany assisted in these accounts.
The settlement written for this day was written by Bethany with no input from me. That’s another story.
See I developed coronavirus and I wasn’t in any good health. My world turned upside down from covid. Bethany knew I was in bad shape. Brain fog left me in a very disabled position. Couldn’t think, comprehension was horrible, and I couldn’t keep track of anything. I am sorry Bethany exploited it.
As I have told many people and many websites about this my coworkers want to tell anyone what my daily life was.
Every dollar needed to stay where it was. I told my ex wife if she was in a jamb all she had to do was say something but no.
I am sorry Michael’s client paying $1250 a month for rent to her parents is a bit extreme.
Everyone knows where that money went.
When utilizing Michael as an attorney or if he is on the other side be aware that this could happen to you. It’s sad that these attorneys just cannot keep things right. They have to take it to where it crosses the line.
My story online will detail all that went on. Legal way of hiding assets. Wiping accounts out for no reason.
May help you up front.
Honesty does not work in this. Trust me. Lying seems to be the way to go.
From 12/20 through 3/22 all I was trying to do was determine if I was going to be alive. 11/21 I was diagnosed with cancer so Michael’s and Bethany’s actions with these accounts put a serious strain on my life and at the time my employment
This loan needed to be paid off not thrown on top of alimony.
Now I am paying twice the alimony. You can see online in the next month or so.
This review is 100% the truth.
Chris Rolle and his team are honest people. I felt confident going into legal proceedings with their representation. I was pleased with the result of my case, and I felt that Mr. Rolle took steps to minimize extraneous billable hours and therefore keep my fees reasonable. His paralegal Meg is very nice to work with as well.
I called Michael Dempsher on short notice and within two hours he was able to meet me at the courthouse. In that short period of time he assessed my needs, developed a strategy and achieved a successful outcome that was beyond exceptional. He is smart, polite, a fantastic listener, and gets optimal results.
