Steve is a thief. I came to him with my second DUI. He charges me and my wife over 1k just to do a prelim. Now I have an extensive background so i wasn’t new to the court process. At my court date naturally I was stressed and anxious. After multiple requests just to ask some questions about what happening. He continually blew me off and refused to alow me to ask him anything. He stole our money and and sided with the DA offering the minimal guideline for a second DUI. Which I knew was bs. He didn’t do anything to help he just took me and my wife’s money to ditch us and side with rhe court. I’ve been through this process before. He set me up to do 9months. Thankfully I fired him spite losing a thousand dollars. And obtained Heather Reiner as a lawyer. She worked hard on my behalf and I never saw a day in jail and as of now my life has been awesome with her help. If you’ve never been in the legal system before. Steve isn’t going to help. He steals money and manipulates what happened during a prelim and will try and talk you into pleading on the courts behalf. The day I was at my prelim. There was at least another 15 people in my shoes that he stole their money from and sided work with the court. I’m a middle class family and we found him online thinking it would be helpful. We learned fast we were wrong. How he sleeps week to week praying on people with limited finances and knowledge is beyond us. People like him should be ashamed taking advantage of people that make mistakes and end up in the legal system. If your new to the legal system. Get multiple views before settling with steve. He’s only interested in what benefits him I regret ever asking him for help and trust me he’ll take advantage of you and take your money and lie to you

I was looking at a real awful sentence, one where I'd pretty much loose everything! Instead, Steven Breit made it seemingly disappear. Iam so grateful that I chose him to represent me. This guy said he would do the best he can and he delivered. Iam so happy iam able to keep my apartment and be with my son! Amen 🙏.
