I have filed a case for the ford transmission case over a year ago and still haven't gotten a update yet I have to call this law firm to get any updates and when I do speak with Holly,or the other lady I think her name is Cassie or Catherine she says that my case is at the court house and nothing is been done it has been over 1000 people that signed up with your law firm on transmission cases you would think there would be better results. then what we are getting I'm really starting to think they are getting all the cases and just pocketing the money. can someone please reach out to me and give me a better update

I am handling my elderly father case. It has been 7 years since we signed with them regarding the ford lawsuit. Now all we get told is it’s handled state by state and no date set for where we live. Totally unacceptable. Worst law firm ever. We are speaking to another firm next week to see what can be done.

For those involved in the Nissan CVT Transmission case, we finally received a check as of this week. The law firm is legitimate. The wheels of justice turn very slowly and involves quite a few steps before settlements can be dispersed. Stern Law kept us updated about once every six months, as that's all that they had to report. The pandemic didn't help matters. And yes, the disbursement dates were extended a couple of times but each time we received pertinent correspondence. We live in Illinois, the law firm is located in Michigan and everything was handled by email. We never had to leave our homes. Everything was explained in a forthright and clear manner. It does take time given all the working parts of the case; the clients, the auto companies and lawyers for both sides. Be patient, it took us five years from 2019 when documents were filled out and signed, to 2023 when we received a check. Whenever we needed to speak on the phone, everyone was professional and courteous. Thank you Stern Law.
