Although I was not a direct client I am sharing the experience I saw my mother deal with this firm. In the beginning her time with the firm was great, but unfortunately now that the relationship has ended (after almost 2 years) she is without a doubt deeply disappointed and left scrambling to find legal counsel elsewhere. Initially, my mom chose this firm because of their reputation and expertise and assurance that they could resolve the matter. After all this time the issue remains unresolved, which is incredibly disheartening. Recently, she received notice that they would be withdrawing as her legal representation. This decision felt abrupt and left us questioning whether my mom was dropped as a client without a proper explanation. The lack of transparency is concerning, especially considering the amount of money she has invested in their services. I would advise anyone considering this law firm to proceed with caution. It’s crucial to feel supported and valued as a client, and unfortunately her experience turned out to be the opposite. UPDATE - There response told me everything I needed to know. I know all the facts and the firm wasn’t honest about there reason for withdrawing. Also the pro bono part is false as payments were being made monthly.
