This attorney and his staff are completely incompetent. They are completely heartless. They don’t understand the financial stress of having to drive Out of town for treatment every couple weeks. Not being able to work, not being able To provide for their family. Their children not being able to have a Christmas. They don’t provide updates as needed. They don’t check on you to see how you are when you have surgeries. Yes, that’s multiple surgeries that I’ve had. Not one time have they called to check on my physical or mental health in over eight months. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. Please don’t be like me and do your research. It appears from experience that Matt and Lisa are both very selfish people. They're not about Their clients. They are only about what benefits them! I forgot to add that they do not call their clients back. Their phones never work. They don't support their clients decisions. They tried to dissuade you from getting treatments that you NEED! They threaten you so that you won't go somewhere else. Overall, my experience has been terrible and I actually let them go and decided to go with another attorney.

This is probably the worst Attorney in the Arklatex area. I used him many years ago When he was another location. I tried to tell my wife & she was insistent because someone referred us. I didn’t have a good feeling, but I want to head and decided to go with him. After a year and a half and my wife, having two surgeries up-to-date, we still don’t have any details. He doesn’t return calls, his phones don’t work Most of the time, They are never in the office. They don’t check on their clients unless it’s to benefit them. Please never use him. I don’t usually give reviews like this but this is all the truth. We are struggling Financially, and there is no solution for us until we can get our situation taken care of. Matt & Lisa don’t get it. Struggling from payday To pay today because you don’t have but one income and your spouse is hurt and can’t work or find work!! It’s just all around sad. Tired of seeing my wife Hurt and I’m tired of struggling to help her.Matt, himself, has tried to discourage my wife from testing &/or treatment. Do not go to them. RUN!!!!!

He was super helpful and gave me advice in regards as to what steps to take next, even though he could not help. I’ll be keeping them in mind for future needs, should anything arise.
