When I found out my wife was cheating on me I knew I had to get a good lawyer because, if you're a man, you're going to lose by default in today's family court. I hired Keith Wilcutt to represent me. The day I filed for divorce is the day my wife filed a false EPO against me saying I was a violent man. I got kicked out of my own house and home for 40 days and 40 nights and could only see my kids for 2 hours each day. Because Mr. Wilcutt represented me not only was the EPO dropped, but I ended up getting full custody of my three children (2, 3, & 5 at the time). If you're a man, hire Keith Wilcutt. If you're wife cheated on you, hire Keith Wilcutt. If you go into family court with no lawyer, you're a moron and deserve everything that will happen to you next. You will lose. Hire Keith Wilcutt if you want to win.

I cannot guarantee he will get the outcome you desire, but I can firsthand guarantee the following: His Respect, his full attention (not rushed), aggressive when needed, honest recommendations on how to approach, and most importantly to me...ALWAYS promptly responds to any questions/requests you have. His prices are reasonable & he will not use your retainer as a means to charge you for any potential billable action. He’s honest, fair & genuine...good man! Keith Wilcutt is the worst lawyer I have worked with to date. He is unprofessional, rude, sneaky, lazy, a huge procrastinator and cuts corners for his own benefit. Keith makes it so that he has to do the least amount of work no matter how it affects who he is defending. He acts like he does not care about your court outcome as long as he gets paid. Keith messed up my entire case (which should have been extremely easy) and made the process extremely long and difficult for me. Before hiring, I advise you look at reviews for just his name instead of the practice, as he has a plethora of 1 star reviews. He could not handle the simplest of cases; do yourself a favor and stay away from Keith Wilcutt!
