Choosing the right attorney after you have been in an accident is a very important decision. My firm often gets calls from people who are frustrated with their current attorney or firm, whether if it’s because they can’t speak to an actual attorney, their attorney won’t call them back, or because their case has taken the backseat to larger cases. Remember, you can always fire and replace your current attorney at any time.
At Smathers Law Firm, no case is too small or too large. I meet with every one of my clients personally. I do not use investigators, case workers or “runners” to meet with prospective clients. Additionally, I remain personally engaged with all of my clients and their cases – from start to finish.
After hiring my firm, the only thing you will have to worry about is recovering from your injuries. My firm will deal with the insurance companies and their adjusters, we will take care of your property damage (at no fee), and we will coordinate with your medical providers and obtain your medical records for your claim.
