I have had this firm do work for me, simple, set up an LLC. My complaint is I waited several weeks for the filing, and when I finally called, they were defensive and said they were on it. They did complete it, but I could have done it myself so much faster (and cheaper), still don’t understand what was so complicated, or what took so long. But then, recently, I have been running into issues with how they told me to handle qualifying my License in regards to my SMLLC, so I talked to them 2 months ago, sent requested documents, and still have not heard back to this day. My opinion, if you need a business attorney, which sometimes involves small matters, look for someone else who gives you the respect and understands business, and that good customers will return with bigger , more profitable matters if you treat them right on smaller things when they need you.

I had the misfortune of having to file for bankruptcy last year. I hired BCN Law firm to handle my case and dealt mostly with Ken Costello and his assistant Carol.
