They were always easy to talk to and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, which really helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They stayed on top of of my case and were always available to answer questions, no matter how big or small. What really stood out to me was that they never pressured me into making any decisions—I always felt like I had the time and support to make the best choice for me. I’m writing this review because Slape and Howard did a wonderful job for me, personally and professionally. John is a dedicated, professional lawyer who will tell you straight up whether you’re ‘chasing it’ or if you have a case. If you have a case, John and his team will not stop until they get you the results you deserve. I’ve dealt with Slape and Howard twice and I was extremely pleased and impressed with the outcomes of each case. His team is fantastic - Delynn, Debbie, and all the others did a wonderful job and stayed on it, on it, on it, and kept me updated throughout. The professionalism is amazing. And just as a side note - Debbie was my workman’s comp nurse for a while, and John hired her so she could handle my case on the medical side. That’s how far they will go to make sure that you’re good. And…they have a full bar at their office. Who does that? I love it.

This experience, although physically painful and trying from the injury, has been made 100% better by the care and expert knowledge/advise given by Dave Farris and his team. Abby Keane-Ellis was fabulous at keeping me updated and fully informed without making me feel as though my copious amount of questions were ever dumb questions. She shared compassion along with her concise and complete answers. Melissa Leonard showed intention with her timely responses. She was very helpful and calm when explaining deadlines.
