Matthew Skipper, (Skipper Law Firm) house the best Homeowner/Condo Association and Personal Injury attorneys in the DMV! As a formal Legal Assistant who has worked in a lot of different practice areas, I have never worked for any personal injury or consumer protection attorneys. But when I had a personal crisis with a condo association illegally shutting off utilities, I was referred to Matt Skipper. I felt extremely comfortable as he was attentive, knowledgeable, and communicative.
