On May 10th,2024 a car rear ended me while I was stopped at a light. I contacted David Mabrey's office and said what had happened. He and his staff were very thoughtful and helpful in helping me. This is by far, an unprofessional and untrustworthy "lawyer." This guy asked me to provide evidence that is much older than 30 days. When filing for a peace order, a judge will not allow evidence past 30 days to be discussed or presented, I unfortunately had to learn this while sitting in court listening to the cases before mine, my lawyer should have known the law! This "lawyer" schooled me and my wife on remembering these dates, even though, we would not be allowed to bring them up in court. This "lawyer" had me deliver video evidence to his office that he said would be used in court because "it looks better if the "lawyer presents it to the judge." Most of the video was not admissible because it was past the 30 day limitation, and the most damaging video evidence that was within the 30 day limitation, David Maybrey did NOT show! Why ask for the video and claim it's in my best interest to hire you to present it, and then never present it! I paid for a lawyer that failed to represent me. My case was dismissed. Do your research before hiring this man.
