Scheduled an appointment. Got lots of confirmation text messages about the appointment. But no one ever called me. On top of that I tried calling the number in the email signature and no one answered. Not a good experience. Edited: Sounds like it was a technical issue. After speaking with them later in the day, my questions were answered. I felt much better about the consultation.
