Carlene Simmons is the BEST! She succeeded in helping my wife and me get a fresh start in life financially. We are so happy, joyful, and grateful! Her service was EXCELLENT, a 5-Star service in my book. She is highly knowledgeable with the bankruptcy laws & procedures for AZ, and therefore, guided us meticulously through all the bumps and hoops that we faced in order to achieve our goals. She took the time to thoroughly go through the details with us and addressed all the questions on the petition form are answered correctly. In the end, after approximately 3.5 months later, we got our Bankruptcy Chapter 7 case discharged by the court. It was a MIRACLE! After all the difficulties we had to go through in this process, we did not expect it to be discharged without any condition. What a big relief that was? Prior to working with Carlene, we had initial consultations with 2 other bankruptcy attorneys. The first attorney reviewed our inputs, and told us that we don’t qualify for chapter 7, and since he does not do Chapter 13 he cannot help us. The second attorney said that based on our inputs, we don’t qualify for Chapter 7, nor Chapter 13. Told us that we are stuck in the middle where he cannot help us. We don’t qualify for Ch7 because our income is too high. We don’t have any money left over to pay the creditors for the Ch13. And did not spend any more time with us to do the long form or look at other deductions. Then without giving up, we found Carlene Simmons. After the initial consultation with Carlene, she told us that we definitely can qualify for a Ch13 for sure based on her calculations. But our income was a bit too high and therefore do not qualify for a Ch7. She gave us a chance and actually worked with us through all the paperwork and details. She actually spent more time with us and sincerely wanted to help us. We can sense that she cared about helping us. Because she is very knowledgeable with the bankruptcy forms and different deductions or expenses, her calculation gave us the conclusion that we can qualify.
