The secretary can be rude at times. I never receive a call back after I call and express my concerns about my case. They make it seem that cause their court appointed they just put me on the back burner. The only reason I gave two stars is cause I hear he's a really good attorney. Maybe he is if you hire him but that's not the way it should be he's being paid regardless.
