Well I will give them two stars for settling the case. This communication other people write about has not been my experience. I had to reach out several times to even know if I was supposed to show up for a deposition, arbitration and when I could expect my settlement payment. The settlement I suspect was not even settled with all parties as it has been over 60 days since a settlement was reached. I asked Yelena for an attorney referral which I am now thankful she never got around to. You tell your clients what is going on. The bar requires this!
