Facing life in prison for four horrific crimes that had been manufactured in connection with a divorce and custody dispute over three children, my life was nearly destroyed. My false accusers had played the Alabama Justice system to perfection, setting up a scenario where I became presumed guilty having to prove my innocence. After having been arrested by a group of Agents from the U.S Marshall service, armed like paramilitary soldiers, and taken to one of the most violent Jails in Alabama, clearing my name became a matter of life and death. I was just informed yesterday that as a result of that review, the State of Alabama has dropped all charges against me!! After a five year long nightmare, I am finally free!! Our defense proved so powerful that the Prosecutor was forced to capitulate instead of bringing her case before a Jury!
