Her office staff is not all that great.. I had a appointment scheduled for a consultation it got put off due to her staffs bad scheduling. I was very patiently waiting.. Was called multiple times and was told she would call me in 30 minutes was told multiple times all day yesterday.. by then end of the day I told them if it needed to be rescheduled I was ok with it.. The appointment was rescheduled for today at 3:30.. it went passed 3:30 so at 3:38 I called myself I told them I had a appointment at 3:30 for a consultation over the phone her staff that answered the phone giggled when telling me she for got about the appointment and informed me at the time that she was busy. I informed the girl I wanted McKillop to call me because I would like to file a complaint on her staff not her just her staff giggling about forgetting a appointment is not a giggle or funny matter it’s very unprofessional of her staff.. it is also unprofessional of her staff to schedule me when she was to busy to go over things with me. Constantly having to reschedule because they dint schedule appointments right. Her staff claims I threatened to report McKillop to the bar so she will no longer represent me witch is not the case I told her staff that answered the phone and did her scheduling I would like McKillop to call me back due to a complaint I had with her staff answering her phones and doing her scheduling.. she needs better more professional staff giggling when you for get to do something that effects others is not funny.

Dont waste your time or money. The first meeting we had with McKillop she was very attentive and seemed helpful. Then we were pushed off to her office staff, which were very nice, but had no information. We called repeatedly for months, for updates, there were no updates or no one would return our call. She does not try to negotiate or get you a better deal. She will just take what's offered and not fight for something better. We expected her to be more aggressive. We also called to get help with bail reduction, never heard a word back from her about and we were stuck with the original bail amount. After months of not seeing any action on the case, we hired a different attorney and were denied a refund by McKillop. Do not recommend.
