I would not recomend Tad Shapiro as an arbitrator. Especially in real estate matters. Tad has no understanding of the most basic building terms. In my case I believe he showed bias, and manifestly disregarded the law. As an arbitrator Tad should know full well that in binding arbitration it is not possible to appeal, and that an arbitrators power is almost absolute. I strongly stand behind my review as what I know and believe to be true. It is not enough to do what may be seen to be appropriate but have the courage to uphold the law which is for the protection of everyone.

Tad Shapiro was so helpful in getting an additional insurance settlement after my husband’s car accident. Kept us in the loop every step and didn’t settle until the number was right. We highly recommend him!!
