I had Mr Beaverson on a dependency hearing in York county , and he will not do anything above his standards, so if your court appointed to him I choose you to fire him right away , he will not fight for you at all, he will just sit there and not defend you at all, and after 8 months I have won CYS over and down everything I had to do to get my daughter back in to my custody, and he did not fight at all for me, so I hope if any body had to go through this kind of case with this lawyer please think before you let him represent you , he a big fake , your better to have God representing you like I did and I still won to a point , and he walked out and so did I and now am filing a grievance on him for not doing his work like he should have done he will set you up for failure
